Like most of my family, I get Restless Legs. Basically this means I get ZERO sleep on nights that I'm having an "attack." It's pretty brutal.
After two weeks of restless legs every night, I tried Scullcap twenty minutes before bed. Slept like a baby! I fell to sleep very naturally and peacefully and woke up without any grogginess. It did make me quite sleepy so I can't imagine taking this during the day, but it has given me several wonderful night's sleep with no squirming.
So happy to have found this product!
