We have used this Stevia product for years and we can't imagine having to be without it. It is used many times every day in our home. We have grown to LOVE it and use it in ways that it never tastes bitter to us. It is fabulous in tea, in milk or yogurt (like puddings or smoothies), or as a substitute for half, or even more, of the sweetener in lots & lots of recipes. My husband tasted homemade iced tea, that was made with completely white sugar, and he wondered what was wrong with it. Even though he is a fussy eater and LOVES sugar, he is used to and now prefers our homemade iced tea sweetened with just stevia. He never tastes that I substitute half or more of the sweetness in everything I make. Converting cake or muffin recipes is a bit of a learning curve, but so worth it. Start by substituting half the sweetener with stevia and add more liquid. (I substitute 1 tsp of stevia for 2 cups of sugar.) Some recipes rise better then others, but you will find ones you absolutely love. Your health and waistline will thank you.
