I have been using Stevia for about 10 years now and always buy the 90 to 100 % pure. I have bought from Mood& Mind several times and several products I love all their stuff. The Stevia is very good, not bitter and last's a long time. The last one I bought was in July of 2012 and just now needing more. It is worth the price as you are getting pure. I bought tiny measuring spoons for a smidgen, pinch & a dash. With dash being the largest which is maybe the size of a 1/8 of a tsp. I use 3 level dashes to a gallon of iced tea. It is plenty sweet and very good. I use the smallest one not quite full in a large mug of hot tea. Super good Stevia..

I use it dry in baking, and make a 4 oz liquid using 4 oz distilled water. Use 6 teaspoonsStevia Extract for 4 0z water(just put water in pot stir til clear looking less that a minute) pour into 4 oz bottle with a dropper and keep in fridge) Better than Kal which i swore by as the only one that is good. when baking i use a rounded tsp and call it a cup and it works. I started buying stevia from Mood and Mind a few years ago. I have tried some others online, even one that shipped from Peru I think. This is by far the best Stevia available! I also just purchased the Stevia/Monk fruit blend and love it. I am going to review that as soon as I finish typing this. Also, thanks for the Chuchuhuasi sample. I have used MoodandMind stevia for over 3 years. Actually my 1lb. bad of stevia lasted that long as I add water. This is truly a great product and a affordable price.

We have used this Stevia product for years and we can't imagine having to be without it. It is used many times every day in our home. We have grown to LOVE it and use it in ways that it never tastes bitter to us. It is fabulous in tea, in milk or yogurt (like puddings or smoothies), or as a substitute for half, or even more, of the sweetener in lots & lots of recipes. My husband tasted homemade iced tea, that was made with completely white sugar, and he wondered what was wrong with it. Even though he is a fussy eater and LOVES sugar, he is used to and now prefers our homemade iced tea sweetened with just stevia. He never tastes that I substitute half or more of the sweetness in everything I make. Converting cake or muffin recipes is a bit of a learning curve, but so worth it. Start by substituting half the sweetener with stevia and add more liquid. (I substitute 1 tsp of stevia for 2 cups of sugar.) Some recipes rise better then others, but you will find ones you absolutely love. Your health and waistline will thank you. (Posted on 2/9/2016)

This was my 2nd time ordering this product. I was extremely pleased with it the first time and will continue to order this product. A bag lasts a very long time. Few companies offer pure stevia extract with no fillers because it's expensive. In the long run, it's worth the cost, as I use 1/4 the amount that I need of the products with fillers.
