Chamomile's history begins in ancient Egypt where the crushed flowers were rubbed on the skin as a cosmetic, while the Norse used it in a shampoo believed to add luster to their braided locks.  Chamomile has long been held to be an excellent calming herb, used to promote a restful state, relaxed state of mind, and facilitate drowsiness.

Ingredients: Certified organic chamomile flower (matricaria recutita), water & organic alcohol.

Suggested Use: Add 10 to 20 drops to water or juice, several times each day, as needed. Shake well before using.
