I've had many teas and liquid extracts in the past with catnip in them - so I was expecting quite a lot when I purchased this, and it appears my expectations were too high.

I like to switch off weekly to a new combo. Added the Catnip and it works as well as well as the others in my mixes. Did notice that I sleep better when Catnip is in the mix. That is nice. (Posted on 2/5/2014)
