I don't understand why no one has written a review yet. This tea is great for relaxing. I have restless leg syndrome so I can't have the sleepy tea because there's Valerian in it. . This tea relaxes me anytime during the day and helps me sleep at night. I sometimes add kava kava and blue or sacred lotus. If I add wild lettuce tincture it's lights out. I LOVE this site. Thank God! Sleeping pills also aggravate RLS. (Posted on 2/25/2014)
