Hi there this product is good but I think it is better for smoking. I tried capsule and not that strong I also tried in wine and not to good gave a really bitter taste. And tea was ok felt a little relax. But smoking it was the best for this product. I hope this was helpful for any other people looking to try this product so go luck take care bye
