NOOPEPT Nootropic Powder (+free micro scoop)

I had never tried noopept or any racetam before so I had nothing to compare this to. The quality of other things I've ordered from moodandmind give me confidence in what they sell. But anyway, I've been taking this for a few weeks now and I just haven't noticed any difference. Maybe racetams just aren't for me, but I'm just a bit more skeptical of people's claims about them than I was before.
