Nicely powdered product. Can be mixed in liquid, although caps are the preferred method of ingestion. It has a faint odor, nothing unpleasant of overpowering. This product is supposed to both help energize in the morning and help with sleep at night. For me, evening doses have been more stimulating than I expected, although it hasn't interfered with sleep either. According to my research, reactions to this herb can vary for each individual, so YMMV. Overall it seems to be a quality product. (Posted on 10/26/2013)Rating - Great for sleep! Review by ACS

I have sleep issues, and sleeping pills don't work, OTC or RX. I tried this and found that I was able to fall asleep within 45 minutes (a huge deal for me). It does make waking up more difficult if you're sleeping less than 8 hours though. (Posted on 9/13/2013)Rating
