I received this as a sample when I ordered akuamma capsules and I tried it on an empty stomach in the morning. It made me feel nauseous at first but I ate some cereal with soy milk to settle my stomach. I felt better within minutes. It's been about an hour since I took the 2.5 gram sample and I feel a noticeable mood lift and calm alertness. I feel like I could easily get absorbed into any task I set my mind to right now, and I'm definitely interested in trying the PM blend too. I do recommend this.
