I use a capsule machine with this powder because I have heard it tastes terrible. I only need to take two 00 size capsules to get the effect I want. Helps minor aches and pains. I have bought this several times and plan to buy again. (Posted on 9/22/2017)

I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Excellent for minor aches & soothing tension. I highly recommend putting it into capsules because it is the most bitter thing I've ever experienced. (Posted on 1/11/2016)
