This was my first time trying blue lotus. I was happy with the product in that it relaxed me very much, perfect drink right before bed time. This almost tasted like a sort of lemon-tea, I actually liked drinking it hot (cold would also be nice i think). I was expecting the blue lotus to feel a bit stronger... despite this, i think I would use this product again and recommend it to anyone who needs to relax at the end of a long day. :) I will also try more of Mood & Mind's blue lotus products.
