Definitely nice, but very subtle, at least in my personal experience, and I would recommend it to others. Something important to keep in mind Kanna has a reverse tolerance effect, the longer you use it the more effective it seems to be. (Posted on 12/24/2018)

It is ok I do not care for the taste and it does n't seem to work as good as the powder meaning oral is better it gets in your system for longer....so overall I do prefer the powder. (Posted on 6/25/2013)
