I've tried several other mood&mind products with great results. However, I ordered this product and received it about a week ago or so. Every time I've taken the recommended 2 teaspoons I've received absolutely no results. I've taken it daily and one day I took it twice.
This does not reflect on mood& mind as a whole as they are one of my favorite vendors out there, it does however reflect on this product which was no good for me (Posted on 12/29/2015)

I've taken all these ingredients on their own before, and individually they have all been useful for me, but this combo really steps it up. You should really research these 3 on their own to find out what they do. When you come back here you'll see this is a good price for this amount of plant. The libido properties are the most noticeable for me, I do a spoon in the morning and if I'm having going out or having a late night another spoon in the afternoon. (Posted on 1/26/2015)

I've tried a few times. Quite a few. I tried different amounts using different methods (tea, mixed in yogurts, mixed in smoothies, on an empty stomach). The first time I used it, I felt happy, relaxed and great. Like I'd had a good night's sleep. After that first time, the enerjoy had no effect whatsoever. I gave it a week or so to completely leave my system and tried again, but no matter what i tried, I was never able to get those same effects. I will not be purchasing this product again. This is an item I am going to order. I got my sample in one of the shipments- this vendor is always putting little samples of stuff they think I might like to try- and I loved that little caffiene type rush, only it didn't have that harsh edge to it that caffiene can have and the comedown was much smoother. I'd recommend this to anyone who uses energy drinks & products. This is one of the best vendors I've ever ordered from and now my ONLY vendor. I recommend you try all their products! I mix about 1-2 tsp in either applesauce or my yogurt every morning. I deal with a lot of customer service issues, and this product really helps me keep a even keel throughout the day, along with the sustained energy to keep going. Wow, I used the full amount recommended and I was singing all day! With experimenting I now use about 3/4 the usual, and I feel uplifted and just plain good all day! I don't use it every day, but when I feel like I need a little lift. (Posted on 8/27/2013)

It seems to have an affect. I was a little scared of it after reading such mix reviews online about Mucuna Prureins so the most I've taken at a time is a little less than a teaspoon in my smoothies or coffee. It might be worthwhile for a try if it looks like something that might of interest to you. I will use it at least until my batch is finished. (Posted on 6/11/2013)
