After reading numerous reports stating "do not expect much", I was programmed to not think much, however to my pleasant surprise my programming was countered with a blissful evening of introspection and connection with my wife. Now I will say I took 5 grams which equates to 10 Blue Lotus 50:1 capsules. Whether or not that amount was necessarily needed for that effect is unknown. (Posted on 2/16/2015)

I didn't notice much the first couple of times I took this. If I take a large enough dose (3 or 4 pills) I feel a sense of calm, serenity, relaxation. But the one thing I've definitely noticed is the increase in my dream activity. It doesn't matter what time of day I take this, I dream that night. I've been noticing this for every night over the past 2 or 3 weeks since I've been taking it. I didn't notice dreams the first 2 or 3 times, so maybe it just took a while to get to that effect. But now, my sleep world just wouldn't be the same without blue lotus. (Posted on 1/3/2014)
