This tea is my favorite tasting tea that I have at the moment, and is very relaxing.

I almost gave it 4 stars. I think it just needed more main ingredient. We love the flavor and it does have a mild soothing effect. It is a nice smelling and tasting tea. I want to say that I felt the effects, but I needed to give it an extra kick. The all smiles effect is primarily just the blue lotus extract. I say, buy some additional blue lotus extract and dump it in the tea.I am a fan of blue lotus flowers and leaves, etc... and I will tell you it isn't the kind of thing that gives me a very noticeable effect unless in a higher dosage . They gave me a free sample of the blue lotus extract with my order. It went right in the tea to make it extra smiles. The 9.95 price is only slightly higher than other loose tea i have purchased but beings that it contains the blue lotus its worth a try. If I reorder, I will get the additional extract to add to the loose tea. (Posted on 2/8/2016)

I do not know about the effects of the tea yet, so I will not post a rating on that however it was so good with milk and agave syrup in it that I had to run to write a review,

I was previously a tea hater and have never found a tea that I liked with the milk and agave in this, I decided to even dump the contents of the tea bag into the tea to chew on while I drank it in case it increases effects. Despite the plant matter being very bitter and electric feeling on my tongue, the agave makes it still taste yummy. Must try! (Posted on 10/5/2015)

The taste was pleasant. I added honey to it. As far as the effects, I had no change of mood, mind, or body. This is the second blue lotus product I have bought from this sight and I was unimpressed. (Posted on 9/22/2015)

I just order the tea gift set..The first tea I packed into my tea buddy(awesomely cool by the way) was the All Smiles tea. Splendid mood enhancing and relaxing simultaneously. Love this tea. Such amazing quality herbs are used. You cannot get quality like this in Australia! I add a 1/4 teaspoon of Sacred Lotus Extract for the perfect mind and body relaxing evening drink. Well done on this blend. (Posted on 12/8/2014)

I loved this tea. It was very relaxing and has a very nice flavor. I always add cream and sugar to my tea, and it was perfect. I've actually been pretty bummed because I had quite a bit left in the bag and it must have fallen out of my satchel or something because it's gone now. I bought this tea for my 30-something daughter and she loves it. I tried it twice (I gave it to her as part of a birthday gift and therefore didn't want to use too much for myself!) and I loved it and I will probably buy some for myself. (The only reason I've held off is that I have a ton of herb teas on hand, but I did buy a packet of Blue Lotus 50:1 extract to use with herb tea.) This is a really special blend, with big German chamomile flowers, delicious pepperment leaves, etc.; it seems that all the ingredients in this blend are top quality. Though not billed as a bedtime tea per se, my daughter says that a cup before bedtime never fails to bring on sleep, and that was my experience the two times I tried it. And I never get that effect from any other tea containing chamomile that I've tried, such as Sleepy Time. I think the quality of the ingredients of All Smiles Tea plus the undeniable effects make it well worth the price. The finer the mesh on your tea infuser, the better for this blend, though my daughter and I agree that whatever gets through the mesh to float around in your cup is not at all disagreeable. And as for this tea being smile inducing, my limited experience was a definite yes. (I haven't asked my daughter about her experience as far as that goes, and she's too busy raising my grandchildren to write reviews!) So easy to drink, very smooth & you will look forward to ur evening tea to unwind!
It take 2 to 3 small cups a couple hours before bed to really relax, but that is how most relaxing tea is to get full effect on me.
I didn't find myself geting up 4 x a night to visit the rest room as I normaly do, don't know if it is this tea , but why chance it :-) (Posted on 1/15/2013)

This is my first experience with blue lotus. I drank two cups of tea in the evening and felt very relaxed. Auditory sensitivity was also heightened and I listened to my favorite classical music with a new appreciation. I drifted off into a deep but mellow sleep. When I awoke the next morning I felt alert and refreshed, unlike most mornings when I feel slow and groggy. I was ready for the day. I'm very pleased with the product. It's a wonderful tasting tea with a nice balance. Very mild, not too sweet or overpowering with scent.

I'll add a note about the customer service. I ordered prior to a holiday weekend and the package arrived a day ahead of schedule. Very quick! And prices that won't scare off a newbie like me from discovering something new and beautiful. (Posted on 5/30/2012)

Along with any properties the blue lotus extract has this tea is a quality blend. I would say I rate this tea higher then most any other "top shelf" teas I have had in recent memory. I do like the soothing quality and peaceful, relaxed state I find myself in while I read before bed...and some of my dreams have been more memorable then any in recent past.

Try some with your order, if your a tea drinker I doubt you'll be let down. And great ease with ordering here, fast and well packaged, a breeze to deal with, on par with Amazon! (Posted on 3/5/2012)
